Does everyone use drip pans? How do you mount those?

Yes, I put drip pans on mine. I mounted them to the same mounting bolts as the vent. I used longer bolts and an assortment of different length spacers to get the water to go where I wanted. I would post some pics but I dont think I have any. hope that helps

ya I just built a drip pan from 12"X18" sheet metal. I sent 2 carriage bolts down throuh the front and then screwed the rear of the pan into the hood brace by the little light

haha, yeah that would work, but i dont think it would come out looking right.....it may even end up on the door......
