haha NO! i made my first hole about 1/2" small all the way around so I wouldnt mess it up. you know the saying measure twice cut once? I measured 100 times and cut 50 times lol.
so just to be straight, those Baron vents are the same shape? and oriented the same way regardless to shape?

awesome! im so glad you posted this....i had these vents on my xj when i got it. i have a big hole in my hood cause one broke and i didn't know where to get one but now i know. thanks!! and looks good
I installed some lebaron hood vents a few years ago and if I remember correctly I had them both facing the same direction and squar to the center rib in the hood of the jeep. They end up tapering in a bit but I think it looks pretty good and it DEFINITELY helps expel some of the heat.

Yes they are mirror images of each other, as long as you mount them both the same way you should be good to go. It looks like the first side you did was right on. Do the same thing to the other side and you'll be set!!
