Seeing as your fender tubes were already welded on, how did you weld the back of the tubing going up to the roof hoop?

You can get all the way around the tube there. My fenders are trimmed half way up the tube on the back side, so i can get to it from inside the wheel well.....I thought that one thru a bunch, as the last exo I built, i had the issue of not being able to get to the back side.

I flopped that jeep and nothing moved, but i'd rather have it fully welded.

Got the windshield spreader and some other brace tubes done. Should be completly done with the exo portion today. I decided on connecting the interior and exterior cages with roof plates. I was gonna just run tubes thru the roof, but my girl said she would like to stay dry and warm or she would be telling me to build a buggy!!

Going to get my taxes done, then off to the shop to work on the ol heep...who needs football when you have a shop?

NICE!! I've been wait for more pics
Just curious... Is there a way to put a tube running along the seam between the front and rear doors? It's just an idea that popped into my head.
I'm loving this build, and the weld ****
