So I integrated my Inverter into my car. Got the idea from my brother and his friend
Let me know if you guys think I should do a Write Up
Sorry If my dirty Jeep Offends you. It's tinted and I didn't notice how dirty it was till my camera flash went off.
Here goes
SuperStart Inverter From O'Reilly's

Rear Plug

Rear Plug Up close (I didn't take my time, honestly I didn't really care, only I'll know. Looks really cool from far, but function over form here

Front Plug and switch. The Seat is kinda In the way, but yet again, function over form. They work and it doesn't get in the way for me

(Sorry Weird Picture)
Drilled through my Center Console

This is the reason for my front plug being so low, I wanted it out of the way. It's right here so it's not in the way. You dont wanna know how long it took to line up to put the ugly screws in

Well It's pretty awesome. After we made a trip to go camping and my Brother's friend cooked a roast in the crock pot while we were on our 2 hour drive, I decided I wanted to do it as well

A 750 watt will run a laptop and some lights. It really depends what you need it for. A normal coffee pit takes 1500 watts, same with my flat screen. Most items tell you what they need in watts so thats a good bench mark to use.

Make a list of what you will be running. Every electrical device has a label either on the body of it somewhere, or on the adapter plug.
It will list the number of amps the device needs. (eg. "5.3A")
Multiply the number of amps x 120 volts = # of watts required to run the device.
Always account for the fact that multiple items could be plugged in at the same time (usually 2 since there are 2 outlets on most converters). The number of watts are additive.
So for example if you have two devices: Device A pulls 3.2Amps and Device B needs 13.4Amps.
(3.2A + 13.4A) * 120 Volts = 16.6A * 120V = 1992 Watts. You will need a 2000W converter minimum to run both these items at the same time.

Sorry if this is anywhere already. But does anybody know how to move the vaccuum ball? I tried moving it, but the hose sounded like it was leaking. Should I seal it? Pics would be great. Also. Is it possible to invert the horns so the are hung up instead of down where they are mounted stock? I'm trimming my stock bumper and want it to look good and still be fully functional. Sorry if this is confusing.

Moving the ball takes a little inginuity - It really doesn't matter where on the line it sits... as long as it is in the loop.
As far as mounting the horn up-side-down, you run the risk of getting water in the diaphram and collecting - Ill advised.
Moving parts and pieces just takes creativity and the patience to make it work. Best thing to do... pick a warm saturday evening with some buddies - buy a lot of beer - and tinker... Ideas come best from drunk people... there are no boundaries then! How do you think the American Revolution began?

I moved my horns to the inside of the wheelwell. One is under the battery tray, the other is under the air cleaner assy. I took the horns off of the brackets & drilled a 3/8" hole in the fenderwell and mounted them directly. I also followed the hose back for the vacuum ball under the hood and plugged it off, I've noticed no difference. I figured I'd try it without the ball and if there was a problem I'd install it under the hood. So far, no issues.
I'd post pictures, but the Jeep isn't here. Maybe next week when I get it back from the shop.
