Thanks, it really does help keep everything in place. All the heavy recovery gear goes in the can and the cooler and trail box fit nicely in the rack. The only drawback is when I change tire size the spare will have to go elsewhere.

Well, seems as though that would have to happen regardless. 33" is the largest size you can fit INSIDE the jeep.
Those sure did come out nice. I would be tempted to leave them raw to show off the aluminum.
Thanks!!
As of right now that is the idea. But I was thinking a black powder coat for them and the roof rack. Something to match the red and black theme a little more. Not 100% sure yet.
Lol yes I absolutely forgot that I posted the start. Let's blame it on a lack of sleep. Lol
For the latch assembly I used matches I bought from speedwaymotors.com
The only thing was I needed new stricker pins because the bear claw latches required a thicker pin. And I found it that the pins from Mack trucks not only are the right thickness but thread into the original hole. We just had to use some washers to space it out a little more.
The doors are super easy to open. The spring on the latches and the light weight of the doors make them pop open easy.
