For the bushings go to fat bobs garage.com and get jeep xj lower control ark bushings from bds. Those will work. I will get the Trac bar ones, only bds vendors can order those, so ill get em. There like 10 bucks for both I think. The control arm bushings are like 34 I think.

Trev1006, I commend you on your efforts to help this young man. You don't see many people reaching out to help others to much these days.
Now , on the other hand, oh and by the way , I don't care what you call me afterward. Anothadayridin, you need to step back and think hard about what you have created in this thread. Everyone that replied to this thread was giving you good advice, your problem is you got all defensive when it wasn't what you wanted to hear.
Everyone has Bills to pay, Children to feed, Clothes to buy and Vehicles to Repair so they can get to Work,School,Home or the local market. Then halfway through this thread you stated that you can't even Weld! You would have been better off just coming right out and asking for the part in the first place instead of getting some of the most helpful and serious members on this site all upset over your lack of care towards safety.

Ok, so since this is actually supposed to be a thread about a homebrew adj. Trac bar. I'm going to go ahead and do a little build thread on one. I don't have the bushings i need for it yet, but they are in the mail on the way. Went into the shop to do a little work anyway. Step one, find some 1.250 DOM (drawn over manderel, seamless) the piece I choose was pressure tested as well. Not any better than Dom really, but I had it so thats what were using.
