What ends would you like to use, I would maybe do your heim at the frame side and a harder poly bushing at the axle. Bds sells em fir like 4 bucks. The heim you want to use, what thread? Left or right hand?

 

My preference would be to make it similar to this one.

I didnt read this whole thread but if your short on cash, why not just redrill the track bar mount at the axle end? works fine up to 3.5" of lift

Its a ball socket joint. I can make the outside and the guts are 5 bucks at bds. I just ordered myself some

 

I tried redrilling it didn't work and Wat is bds?

that threade nipple your using will snap easy its very thin in the threads i work with steel threaded pipe evey day using a pc unthreaded would be 100 percent stronger but messing with a steering component for a street vechicles not wise...
