Default Highschool Built Rear Bumper

Just Finished up my rear bumper- its made of 2x6 rectangle tube for the main part, and 2x4 for the wrap around. The boxes under the lights are all 10 gauge flat.

I had a bunch of pictures from the build but they all got deleted when a friend ran my phone over while working on a bumper for his TJ. Ill post up what i have.

The D rings are attatched through the bumper itself to the frame tie ins, and there is close to 5 ft. of weld per D-ring and D ring mount. They have a breaking strength of 85,000 pounds.

Heres a pretty good pic of the main bumper without the wrap arounds or light boxes.

Painted up and put on. Its held on by 2 of the stock bolts per side, plus 4 more down the frame.

looks good. man i really need to get my filler pieces made to now that i know how they will look. looks a lot like my rear bumper with different tow points. but seeing the finished parts under the lights really makes a big difference in the bumpers looks. nicely done.

Thanks y'all! I have right around $100 in it if you include metal, wire for the welder, flap discs, and spray paint. There's a bunch of pics of the stinger in my build thread
