I have been wanting to build a bumper like that, but don't have the excess to a bender. Have everything else, just cant bend. R those Maxxis Bighorns on your XJ?? If so thats what I run. Great tires, never had any problems with them.

Sweet bumper dude! I wonder if you could drop the winch mount down to the lower tube, and have the top tube bend up a little to accommodate the fairlead? That would expose the radiator a little more. I don't know just a thought.
