Here are some more pics of how we welded mine. 1st we welded the tube to the underside. 2nd we welded more plate wrapping the whole outside of the tube on each support. 3rd we formed and welded the thick sheet metal around the tubing supports and also seemed it the whole way around the outside of the fender. Now to just grind the welds. I'm 220 lbs and can jump up and down on my flares. I'll get a pic of a strength test for ya.
