Default fender flares

well today i started on my flares, they are not were near done and will be different than another other i have seen, the flat bit is 1/8th inch and the round is 3/4 inch solid, so far they are Turning out great. stay tuned for the final result i think ya'll will be impressed.

Looks good so far, ive thought about doing this, reminds me of those highline flares for the tj's

not much really, i know the full 20 foot of 3/4 solid i bought was maybe 30 pounds, each fender uses a little over 4 feet, then the 1/8th isnt very heavy either cause they are 4ft strips by about 5 inches

i plan on doing this project soon so im in for the final results.
where all are you welding to hold the flare up? just to the quarter panel guard? or to the pinch weld of the stock fender well as well?

also did you build the rear quarter panel gaurds as well?what thickness did you use there?

cant wait to see end results

thanks guy, i started messing with the front but things were not goin good for me it was a total wrestling match, i swear it was like wwe in my shop, so i stopped for the night but i ended up getting on front to the same point the rears are, it just took forever.

no the quarter panels are jcr, and they are 3/16ths i was gonna build them but decided not to, mostly because i didnt have access to a plasma cutter at the time.
