Default Bonnet Vents

I had these vents made up. The whole thinking with doing the bonnet vents, is related to the main type of driving I do. Onroad, it isn't an issue because cool air comes through the grill. But offroad, we don't reach very high speeds much, so very little cool air enters through the grill. This is aggravated by the fact that I use high revs, often up to 5000 RPM.

So with the vents, the hot air will rise & exit the engine bay.

Works pretty well

Thanks! I don't have an article on them as such. They are the first ones made by a local 4x4 fabricator at my request. basically they are stainless steel panels with the vents stamped into them.

I really like the larger induction holes but I've never been a fan of louvered hoods. Looks well executed and clean overall though.
