Yes, this storage box is really clean and nicely put in! Besides who actually has the lil donut tire mounted in there anyways! Get a matching rim and tire and throw it on top the storage box than it will really look like there's nothing back there but a spare tire! Looks great man I have a simular storage box I'm making for mine but it's a tool box that well slide out on heavy duty drawer brackets and on each side of my tool box I'm making open storage spaces for tow strap and whatever else I may need maybe on side for fire extinguisher.

Great idea for security and discouraging thieves.

So, today while ID'ing myself out of the base I heard a loud snap. And my powered window would not come back up. And my onboard tool, a leatherman, wasn't long enough to unscrew the door panel. So I drove back on the highway with the window completely open, and rain threatening overhead. Barely made it home before the rain unleashed

My home toolbox consists largely of a pair of leathermans, and a saw. Duck-taping the window shut is a dead giveaway for thieves, so I set out to do a quick-fix on the window. A quick google-search revealed the most likely problem, a broken plastic-fantastic thingy.

This was what I ended up with, a metal bend with some holes. And a few rounds of trip-wire. And to my big surprise, it worked But as I don't know for how long, I will limit the use of the window for now.

Still not getting anything... no red x's, no broken link/moved picture notification... just nothing. Am I the only one not seeing the pics?

Working now... So, did you do anything with the dead space on the outside of the drawers?

Hi, I didn't. To keep things solid and sturdy i decided to not make access holes outside the drawers. There is a few MDF walls to keep the top from breaking off during heavy loads on the edges of the top.
