Default BENDER question

Anyone got a recomendation on a good bender. I bought one of these which I am not satisfied with.

You could also try packing the tube with sand. it gives back pressure and keeps tube from "kinking"

Jd squared model 3 benders are on sell for $295. They work great the dies are just kind of expensive, but rite now they are having a over stock sale on a bunch of diff. sizes. Check them out www.jd2.com

We've beat this to death...at least nine times.
Thats a pipe bender, not a tube bender. Generally, it will kink anything you run through it. If you're going to fab stuff that is intended to protect your rig or its occupants, then use the right tool for the job.

All are quality tools that will do the job right.

don't waste your time with the sand either. it doesn't work.

Ive made it work before. doesnt work that well. but if you are on a budget and just have a few things to build its not a bad option. i wouldnt build a roll cage or anything out of it though

I was actually bending exhaust pipe and never got around to using it for tubing yet. That's a good website, thanks.
