i like the concept..i was acutally trying to draw something up pretty similar for the same reason lol I already have to bend down to see street lights

Lol I no right! No much head room good thing I got a sun roof! Haha and idk if I should keep the side rails all one piece or frame the rectangle in up top in tie the a pillar in to it? Hmm

If you had a rear cut and fold bumper, you could run a d pillar on the outside as well. My plan is the same, with a d pillar out back as well.

rear winch....dig it. I want a rear winch, probably just 6k at most. Tire carrier, jerry can & high lift all in 1 bumper lol. Must be cut and fold as well lol.

Ahhhhhhh!!! I was planning on building a roof rack but after seeing these pics I'm now thinking about building this instead. Very cool IMO!! Could easily run rear supports off the back bumper but need to figure out how to tie it in to the a-pillar without it looking like crap. Cool thread Sheetz!
