Yeah the "jerp thing" is expensive haha! oh and the rear cost about 200-250. Ya I am broke now... Haha but really building it yourself is the way to go if you have the tools and knowledge. Much cheaper than a fancy WARN bumper

I got the lincoln 125 wire feed. It does pretty good.

Yeah its a good little welder for bumper building haha. You run mig or flux core?

Hey thank you! I'm not really sure about the tube degrees because I bought this kit pre-bent from JCR offroad. They provide a little info. I believe the main bar was 1.5" and the side bars were 1". This bar is awesome but they send it without being notched so you have do to that which is tough.

I'm runnin the flux core. I bought used in good shape off craigslist for $150. I've used it for alot of stuff. I could'nt build jeeps without it. haha

Oh sorry the link failed. That is the wide kit from jcr. The bumper Is 1/8 inch plate with 1/4 plate mounts.
