You got skill's my friend. I'm gonna try to make me some bumpers when the weather warms up. If they come out half as good as yours I'll be alright. Those welds look awesome to me. Better than anything I've put out.

Yeah I've got a 4x3' plate of 3/16th that will hopefully cover the whole bumper, a 140amp welder with .30 flux cored should be able to handle it right?

Sounds like it will handle it! Mine is 125 and does good even on 1/4 plate with flux core.

Nice thats good to hear, only changes I plan to make on mine are recovery points and light tabs

Yeah I want some recovery points tied in to my mounts with d rings someday. And I have light tabs too but no lights yet so I left them out. I can always grind and weld any additions anytime.

You probably mean bumper haha! I would say I have about 200 in this bumper. This includes dozens or grinder wheels and 2 welding wire spools.
