Hopefully they read the reviews of the harbor freight bender they likely picked up.

Bender is fine for ordinary metal pipe but a bit slow. Great if you do occasional work. Use only for sizes that actually fit snugly in shoe. Do NOT use for tubing, plastic pipe, plastic conduit, solid rod, rebar, EMT (thin-wall steel conduit), etc. Most of the complaints are from people who use it for these items."
