made a few roof racks this past month. thought id share them.

both racks i used 16ga 1inch tube. some expanded metal for the floors and 3/16 for the mounts. they seem to be holding up pretty good.

Wow that is a nice rack! How did you get all the bends? Pipe bender? Just curious id like to make one.....those mounts are awesome btw!

I have one of the affordable benders. It just bends 90'. I made my own die set to bend flat stock for the mounts. And I made them work with a harbor freight press. Pretty easy.

Those are some pretty sweet mounts. I was lazy and just got the JCR ones.
