Very nice work indeed. I need to buy a rack where it mounts to the rain gutters as well. My stock rack got taken off for my protective wrap on top. Do you sell the whole rack? If not, you should sell them! Custom make them for people. That would be awesome. Great job by the way!

If you're looking for a rack, making yourown is the best way to do it. you can choose how it mounts and everything. much cheaper to make as well. as for mounting on gutters, JCR offroad has some really nice mounts, or you can make your own.

I feel like mounting a rack to the factory rails just isn't solid enough. 6 gutter mounts seems pretty solid to me though.

I love it! I'd like to see a write up on how you did the mount too. I just wish I had the bending capabilites to build stuff like this...
