Man, I would have at least used some rigid conduit, if I ever did this, which I wouldnt. Emt is probably the weakest thing you could have used. You could have a least bent the 90 instead of using a factory 90 and couplings.

There are 3 basic grades of PVC, sch 40, sch 80 and CPVC. 40 is basic stuff, 80 is the gray UV resistant stuff and CPVC is used for hot water in small houses and mobile homes.
