Default Misfire codes

Vehicle in question is an 04 4.7l Dakota, but this could pertain to any OBD2 vehicle.
Getting p0300 Random Misfire and p0301 Cyl 1 misfire codes. I'm a little confused as to what this is telling me. Does this mean I have random misfires across all cylinders plus regular misfiring on cyl 1, or is it random misfires in cyl 1?

That's an "and". PCM is saying "misfire in Cyl 1 and somewhere else"
