ZJ F-R Swap
So I'm trying to do a junkyard lift for my stock ZJ, but all the information I'm finding is for XJ's. Anyone that can shine some ZJ specific information on this for me? My understanding (ty overland) is that I need coils that are 3 inches longer than my stock ones, and the fronts go to the rear. But what car do i take the coils off of?

you can swap your front to rear and replace the front with f150 coils i believe for like 2-3 inches maybe 4 and for like 6-8 swap the front with f250 coils and the rear with tj 3 inch lift coils

It will ride crappy and harsh with f150 coils, you will want longer shocks, longer or modified sway bar links, relocate you trackbar or do the undesireable relocation bracket for rear You might at least search out the kits available and see what they are using/replacing. I got the IRO benchmark kit. It addressed the crappy front trackbar with a replacement beefier bar and bracket. Only thing the kit didnt come with for me to consider it complete was a fix for the rear track bar. I cut and lengthened the factory rear track bar.

I put v8 coils up front of my I6 with 2 3/4 puck. Then threw front I6 coils in rear. Spent 35 on v8 springs and 60 on spacers. Then modified my sway links and made my own shock extensions with scrap iron my dad had around his shop. Redrilled front track bracket on axel 3/4 over and going to do the rear bracket for 44 bucks till I can get a track bar. So I got pretty much $150 into my jankity budget 3" lift. If u want more pics I can put them up.
