lifting my zj 2.25" I'm gonna be running 31's. is necessary to extend my bump stops? I do a little off roading but nothing extreme.

Simple hand tools are all that is needed. No need for spring compressors or anything like that. Make sure you use jack stands to support the vehicle.

It should be just that easy. Don't worry about dropping the swaybar as that might be difficult to line things back up again. For mine the rear was simple, but the front I changed the control arms at the same time. THat added some difficulty.

Yeah it wasn't that easy. I still had to compress the springs. Not very fun at all. But it's done my Jeep sits 2.25 inches higher. Now just waiting for my 31's to arrive.
