Default Wobble/Rubbing noise -Wheels

So I suspect this to be the CV joint but wanted another opinion.

The front ( i feel like right side) of the Jeep is making a rumble/wobble/rubbery muffled grinding noise but ONLY under 2 conditions. I have the steering wheel turned a certain amount to the LEFT and when I go over some bumps at speed, say rail road tracks for example. I was wondering why this would only mostly happen when turning Left. I took the wheel off and everything feels snug.

Just wanted to ask, are you saying at a decent speed if you hit a bump or something like that the whole front shakes very badly ?? if you are thats that damn death wobble! I had to change all front end parts to fix it and it gone. thats if its the same thing..

Doesn't the XJ have a straight axle and not a cv shaft?

UPDATE

I decied to go around a tight turn in neutral. Sure enough no grinding noise. . . .

About the same when I just let off the gas, no noise. The noise is only present when I give it gas.
