I have a 2019 Grand Cherokee High Altitude.
The Sirius XM Guardian is active .
I am able to make and receive hands free call, but the hand free texting will only send and reply with predefined messages.
I was able to get one new outgoing message to go, but nothing ever again.

I have a 2016 Ram 3500 with the U- Connect system I have have been doing the hand free texting for years.

I have spent hours on the phone with SiriusXM guardian and Uconnect with them telling me that new custom messages are not available.

I have done I soft start on the XM Guardian system, unpaired and re-paired the phones with no success of text messaging new messages, only predefined ones.

Anyone else have this issue ?

I just can't believe that it is unavailable.
