Weird Rubbing Noise ONLY in 4wd!?
When turning in 4wd ONLY i get this weird rubbing noise from the front end and i also hear it by my feet but more towards the engine, not directly under my feet. Does not do this in 2wd and ive replaced front axle u-joints, front drive shaft u joints and rear drive shaft u joints. so please tell me what to check next before i lose my mind!!! TIA
Both hub bearings are fine also

you only get it turning in 4x4 mode? there are only certain things that move on the front end in 4x4 versus 2x4 so it shouldn't be that heard to find.
you sure its just not your tires grabbing? in 4x4 they will make noise when turning because they will be trying to grab and when turning they are moving at a different speed then when going forward.

Haven't pulled the diff cover yet bcz it's not only a noise but I feel it too. And if it doesn't make the noise/ feeling in 2wd why would it in 4wd only?

No I did that to see if anything was loose in the steering. It does this in 4wd while turning. I just feel like it's gonna break one of these times. It's a hard rubbing feeling and almost lunges a little.

im pretty sure you are just describing the feeling when using 4hi on pavement. Its going to do that no matter what on a high traction surface. It shouldnt do it in mud, snow, or similar. the feeling is just one of the tires grabbing the pavement and shaking the steering wheel a bit.
