Default Wiring new "horn" on Orvis 95

I ordered a new "horn PA" setup thing, basically it runs with ground and positive then a control. It is not a "horn" that can be wired to the factory horn, its more of acessory like a CB. My two questions are:

How do I wire a positive to a fuse box?

and

How do I run wires through the fire wall and not through the door.

Thanks

if you look at the firewall from the engine bay you should see a gromet with some wires going thru it. if not then just drill a small hole and put a rubber gromet in the hole and pull your wires thru. the fuse box should have a few open slots for stuff like this and you just have to put the horns positive wire in it. also off topic but i dont live to far from you, im up in dubuque.

Oh cool. Where do I look for the place to wire the positive by one of the fuse boxes, preferably the one under the hood. And what kind of connection does it take?
