So, in trying to find why my 92 won't rev past idle, I bought a new test light and found that injectors 1, 4, and 5 have a constant steady pulse while trying to rev, but 2, 3, and 6 do not, they only pulse in sync with the engine trying to rev.

The first is injector #1's wire pulsing smoothly. The second is injector #2's wire pulsing erratically in sync with the bad revs. Since those wires go straight to the ECU I'm assuming the computer is directly telling those injectors to pulse slow and cause the engine to not be able to rev past 1500. Why would it do that? TPS shows proper voltage, I replaced the CPS, O2, coil, cap, rotor, wires, plugs. This is the third ECU I've tried from the junkyard, all the same.
