Ok, I know this is a stupid question but either I can't find the horn on my 98 Laredo OR someone took it off. Where exactly should it be?
The relay clicks when I press the button so I'm thinking the horn itself is bad, but I can't find the dadgum thing to check it.

 

My 96 is under bumper on passenger side below battery.

 

Same spot on a 95, under/behind bumper cover and under battery, crawl under and look up.
