Hi I have a 95 5.4 L with the 46RH Transmission. At 55 my RPM's are at 2,200 and keep climbing ....at 65mph I'm at 2400rpm. Have I blown my OD gear? Any suggestion On what I can test would be greatly appreciated.

Engine: 4.0L
Gear down and see if you have any engine braking. If not, the O/D unit is busted. If you do, the T/C lock-up isn't engaging. My 2000 WJ with 3.55 gearing and 42re trans at 2000 rpm at 70 mph. 29.5" tires.
