What is this part called?
2001 wj 4.7L 545RFE
There is a bearing on the end of my rear slip Yoke towards my drive shaft (has boot cover).
My bearings went bad and I'm trying to find new bearings and seal.
Is it possible to remove and replace this bearing? Or do I have to buy the entire slip yolk?
Any links or part numbers would be appreciated.
Any advice at all would be appreciated.

Looks like this but I can't find one for my make and model. Would prefer to replace bearing if possible.
