Unhappy WG problem after 2" lift

Hi Guys and Gals,

After doing a 2" lift (Spacers and Shocks) on my WJ/WG Grand Cherokee Overland and testing it out in the dirt straight away after the lift, i have noticed a whine in the front end, it almost feels like the front diff is locked, i have noticed that when i get off the throttle, especially when going down a hill there is a loud whine and it feels like there is less roll on and wants to slow down quicker than normal, also it seems to be harder to turn, i have tried going backwards and to do full circles with full streering lock, both left and right as has been suggested to me by others, but nothing seems to help, has anyone got any idea what might be going on and how i can fix it?
