It was a good idea, but why would it have a reservoir?

maybe the po over filled the axle all the time and was tired of the fluid running everywhere so made a reservoir to catch the over flow.

Well...i was able to investigate the leak a little more today...even took some pictures with my phone but i dont know how to load them on here...it's not the axle seal thats leaking..its as dry as can be around the hub and wheel....its dripping from a tube thats attached to some sort of diaphragm thats attached to the quarter panel with a plastic tank thats about half the size of a battery...ill definitely try to get those pictures uploaded tonight but if someone has a 2004 GC 4.7 SE can they look at theirs for me and see if they have this also

I just had a brain fart! If this is Quadradrive II, how does the rear locker work?
