Viscous Coupler
I seem to have a viscous coupler going bad in my 1997 Grand Cherokee. Instead of replacing the coupler I am thinking of replacing the 249 trans. case with a 231 case. From what I have read it seems to be a pretty straight forward process. I have not heard if it affects any dash lights attached to the 4wd indicator. Any info on the process would be appreciated. Nub to the forum , I hope I am in the right place.
