Upgrading AC in my 2000 WJ Grand Cherokee Laredo

I am in Australia and have a 2000 WJ Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7 Lt. The AC is a basic cold air only which I would like to change out for a Dual zone climate control. I do the work on my car myself but have never tried anything like this. So I am asking if someone knows the best unit I can go for and what mods I need to do this install?

Engine: 4.0L

Mopar makes a dual zone unit as an option, but to install it, you'd have to get a complete unit from a donor vehicle. It also requires changing the blend door inside the housing.
