As the title says, anyone know if a TJ box will fit a Grand Cherokee? my box is leaking pretty bad and I had planned on replacing the seals but a guy in my club offered his TJ box for free if it happen to fit. If no one knows i can always stop by his place and make a comparison between my current one and his. thanks.

Yes, the bolt holes line up. I think that this box has a larger piston in it, which is a good thing. However you will need a different spacer under it which is fairly cheap, or maybe you can use the one off the TJ

You may need to reposition the pitman arm, but that's not hard to do. Just take it off the box before you mount it. Get the ZJ's steering straight, install the TJ box, rotate the steering wheel full left, then full right counting the turns. Turn it back 1/2 way, and install the pitman arm so it lines up with the drag link. This gives you maximum rotation in both directions without binding.
