Yesterday I did the half in the tank and Half in the brake booster hose.

I think my neighbors are going to call the EPA, When I went to drive it around the block, I left a cloud of white smoke that i could see 1/4 mile away.rove around for about 20 min and I can tell the difference already.

I have used it on every car/truck/jeep I have owned, and my ZJ with a 4.0 is what I did yesterday.

I highly recommend this stuff for preventive maintenance.

I'll ask again since I haven't messed with vacuum hoses ever... got a pic of what hose I'm pulling to suck the seafoam into?

Should be the only hose off the large black canister behind your brake fluid reservoir. Super easy to find. Pop the hood. Find booster, Follow the hose to the intake,,,,, That's the one.

Gotcha. Any advantage to using that rather than dumping it straight down the TB?

Put half can in vacuum hose other half in tank. Let it sit 10-15min. Smoked like crazy for couple minutes took it for quickly spin to clean it out.

I used the sea foam through the brake booster let it sit for 15 mins. Went a for a drive n now it seems that my jeep is guzzling gas. Any reason for this or ideas?

Could be the PCM noticed the vacuum leak and compensated with rich mixture. I would think it will correct itself.

The only question I have is all this carbon being cleaned out, will it plug the converter?

I toss Sea Foam in the tank of my snow blower ever time I use it. It's an old 89 Toro. It used to surge, it purrs like a kitten now, no hiccups at all. Great Stuff!

I believe it says on the can that's it safe for cats. How much research or truth is behind Im not sure, but I've never had an issue with my trucks or wife's truck.

I've used it on a bunch of cars that still had cats with no issues whatsoever.
I recently switch to Amsoil Power Foam and like it much better than seafoam.
