Default Replacement two-terminal horn in OEM wiring?

This question has probably been posted a billion times already, but here goes anyway: I've purchased a two-terminal "Wolo 370" beep-beep horn (sounds more like a military jeep horn), and I would like to use the existing wiring. Does anyone have a wiring diagram/recommendations for pulling this off? Evidently, I need to add a 20-25 amp fuse in as well. Thanks in advance! TXSPECIAL, '99 Grand Cherokee

From the wiring diagram, there is only a supply wire to the horn(s), with the 0V return achieved through the horn body, via the chassis mount.

So if one of the terminals on the horns you want to install is for a 0V connection – you will have to make a connection to the chassis, via a suitable connector.

The horn(s) are fused via a 15A fuse – which should be OK for any horn(s).

Default Stumped!!??

OK, this seemed like a simple enough operation...BUT. I lobbed off the factory ends (and even an additional couple feet of wiring), but still no horn. The horn works if I connect directly to the battery, but using the OEM horn hook up is no go. The original WJ horn was intermittent, pretty lame sounding when it did sound (which prompted the replacement), and I've even replaced the clock spring (for the air bag warning). Why can I figure out the horn?
