Replaced Transmission
Pulled my transmission and had it rebuilt as it locked up while moving from Texas to NC. I did not remove my drive shaft......
I reinstalled the rebuilt transmission and all went well with no left over parts.
My problem is now my Jeep wont start and I have never had a problem with it not starting. And it was running great before I put it on the dolly.
When we got here to NC the battery was dead and she was completely out of gas.
She sat for almost 4 months before I rebuilt the transmission.
Although the crankshaft position sensor looked in good shape when we put it back in, my transmission guy has recomended replacing it.
I'm also wondering if possably the fuel pump could be on the fritz although I hear it running while the key is on.
Any ideas or thoughts would be helpful.
