i have a 96 GC 5.2l awd, i get a constant growl from the rearend, after a long drive i felt the the wheel hubs to see if there was excess heat from maybe a bad bearing, but no. i touched the rear pumpkin and it was very hot, i know there would be some heat there but how much should i expect??
