No heat, no blow!

No heat, no blow!
I have a 2002 grand cherokee limited. The heat does not blow at all unless you wiggle the wires (black and red) around under the glove box going into the little black box (blower motor??). It will not even blow could air, no air at all. Is my blower motor bad? Thanks for any help!
