rear track bar

hey guys went to remove the rear track bar so i could install a bracket and i could not get any of the bolts to move i pb blasted them and that didnt seem to work. also it has hose stupid torx bolts which are really rusted out. whats the best way to get these bolts out?

ya idk if the torx will even catch inside the bolt. the bump stop is in the way to so i cant even use a ratchet. is there a way to remove the bump stop without having a hell of a time putting it back in

Interesting because I did mine last night when I put new urethane bushings in. I geld the torx bit with a ratchet on one side and then used a long extension and socket on the other side with my impact gun. Of course I had to pull the bump stop off as well but that's no biggie. I haven't really looked at where it bolts to the axle though so maybe that's the spot you're talking about.
