Realy need help, please
My wife's Grand Cherokee limited is saying, service 4x4 switch. The front wheels are not locked in 4x4. Could it be the switch or transfer case?

I think the switch is just for detecting engagement of the 4WD, so yes, there's a problem with the t/case.
