Question Radiator Hoses and Hicupps

I have a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee and just replaced my radiator hoses but the top hose keeps colapsing anyone know why? Also when I am driving, it gets to about 25 and does a hicuping motion until about 40 mph can anyone tell me why it would be doing that?
Thanks for the help!

As far as the radiator hose is concerned, replace the radiator cap. It's not venting as it cools down, or you've still got air in the system. Also check the hose that leads to the coolant tank. It could be blocked or pinched closed.

Check to make sure you didn't get coolant on the electronics or vacuum sensors.
