It should be at the bottom of the radiator tank on the passenger's side, but save yourself some trouble and pull the lower rad hose. It's a bit messy, but easier in the long run.

i agree with the rad hose. those drain valves don't like to be cracked open if it's been a while. they tend to leak afterwards.
so if it's not leaking now, don't do it.

I had a drain valve blow out and disappear. Luckily I had epoxy putty and water with me, was able to plug the hole and continue journey.
