What we've got working here is there is clearance between the top of the bolt threads and the threaded hole in the block. Coolant will fill that clearance under pressure and climb into the bolt clearance hole in the head. The first exhaust manifold bolt is drilled into that clearance and coolant will wick into the clearance there as well, leaking into the exhaust manifold or out around the nut, burning off and leaving deposits on the nut that you can see if you look closely. It's only a tiny bit, but over time your overflow bottle will go down.
It's very unlikely, but it is possible that the block is cracked from that bolt hole into the #1 cylinder bore. I really don't want to think about that, but the possibility does exist.

Dave, thanks for your input, the Jeep is running well and I have been busy on another project so..... I'll just keep driving and adding water.
But when I get back on it , I'll review all your input.
