Power windows and back lift gate

Power windows and back lift gate
Ok, so I just got a used 1999 JGC and need to figure out what is wrong with the power windows and back lift gate.
The power windows do not work at all on any control panel. CORRECTION: Everything else works fine. It is just the power windows that are not working, on any door. Looks like the power window relay is good.
Also the rear lift gate is not working. Could be tied into the other issue? Though I do have access to the manual lever for the rear lift gate.
Figured this was easier than scrolling through countless posts.
