Default "Popping" IAC Valves

I'm just curious if anybody else has had issues with new IAC valves going bad in a very short period of time? (about every 2 weeks)
I replaced the IAC valve on my mom's ZJ about a month ago, and I went out to cold start it (first start of the day) and it wouldn't start/run without my foot lightly on the gas pedal (but once it started to warm up it ran/started fine).
So I took the BWD (Borg Warner) brand valve back-in and exchanged it for another one.
And about 3 weeks later that BWD valve started to act-up as well.
I inspected the wiring harness and it looks good, so I took the other BWD brand valve back-in again, BUT, this time I exchanged it +the difference ($10) for the Wells Electric brand IAC Valve.
Is the Borg Warner brand not any good, or prone to failures?
We'll see how long the Wells brand lasts, hopefully a long time...

I hate to press this issue, but from all the problems with aftermarket sensors, I buy only Mopar. You pay a little more, but they always can be trusted to work properly. Also, did you clean out the plunger port? They may be sticking.

Check the charging system. Too low or too high of a voltage will cause actuators to die prematurely.
