Plexi glass windows

Has anybody done plexi glass for their windows? I shattered my rear hatch shield on the trail and want to try something different. Getting a new hatch anyways.

This has been a thread and talked about before. Generally not good as the jeep will get hotter inside than normal as plexie glad keeps more heat in

Yeah, Lexan is the best, but you don't want to use the rear wiper or wipe the mud off it with a rag, so what is the point?

Rear wiper really doesnt work. Well and im just using the plexi on my broken hatch. because its impossible to put glass in it now. So i willl have 2 hatches a plexiglass one and a normal one. Just wondering what all the issues with it and advantages were. thanks!
